This is a short audio meditation course designed specifically for people who are at work. It consists of a series of guided meditation exercises that can be easily incorporated into your work day. Each session is approximately 7 minutes long, making it easy to fit into even the busiest of schedules. The course aims to help participants reduce stress and increase focus and productivity through the practice of mindfulness and meditation. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
